Choosing a corporation type is not difficult – if you are a one-person business you’ll probably opt for the LLC type. If you will have many employees then the S-Corp or C-corp (regular profit) might be appropriate. If you are trying for non-profit and no taxes because you are a charity or other qualified non profit you’ll choose non-profit.
